1. Selection of the Vehicle/s

Select the Vehicle/s of your choice.

Our sales manager’s and their team are highly experienced in analyzing and understanding a customer’s needs. We are just a call away from you, contact us for any help regarding your vehicle purchase.

2. Communication With Sales Team

One of our entrusted sales representatives will contact you regarding the vehicle/s you have selected. A brief discussion will be done to cater for your needs for example: do you also require clearance & transportation of your vehicle/s from us? or will you be obtaining your own clearance and transportation.

3. Information / Documentation Required

You will be required to provide us with full information of the consignee details (Purchaser). Full set KYC (Know your Customer) documents will be required. For Individuals: Passport copy, proof of address. For Company: CK Documents / Certificate of Incorporation & proof of address will be required.

4. Proforma Invoice Issued

A proforma Invoice will be issued to you as the information which you have provided. This will give you a breakdown of the vehicle and other costs involved.

5. Payment of Vehicle

Once you are satisfied with the proforma invoice details as mentioned, then you may proceed to make payment to us for the agreed price. Our banking details are mentioned on the proforma invoice. Please use our proforma invoice number as the reference when making payment so that our accounts team can allocate the funds accordingly.

6. Export Documentation / Clearance of Vehicle

We have an excellent team that caters for all your clearing on the South African side and export documentation as required by SARS (South African Revenue Services) and required by customs at the border. We will process the SAD500 and obtain release from SARS on your behalf. However If you choose to clear your vehicle with a different clearing agent of your choice, then please give us their full details and contact information so that we can provide them with the necessary information / documents that they may require.

7. Transportation / Source to Destination

We provide the complete transportation of your vehicle/s from Source to destination. We will provide the customs road manifest as required by SARS and at the border. You can rest assure that your vehicles are safe and secure. All our carriers are licensed by SARS/Customs and we have all our carriers insured and are in the best roadworthy condition. Our carriers are monitored 24/7 by our logistics team. You will be able to contact our logistics department who will be able to update you on the whereabouts of your vehicles/s. Your vehicle/s will be delivered to the destination as discussed with our sales team. However should you select to use your own transporter/car carrier, then we will require their full information and contact details to liaise with them on the collection of your vehicle/s from us. . Please also note that by using another transporter, we will require the acquittal documents once your vehicle/s have been delivered at the border.
